PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

  Ansal University’s B.Tech (CSE) Program is a well structured program, which has a good balance of theory and practical papers. It is different from other programs as here we have more emphasis on practical knowledge so that the students get a good understanding of the concepts in labs. For any engineering program it is necessary to make the students have hands on experience and industry exposure. This program includes core subjects as well as new technologies, which gives the students a thorough knowledge of computer science stream in current scenario. In 3rd and 4th Semester two Trans-Disciplinary open electives are given so that students can opt for any paper based on his/her own interest from across various disciplines. As projects play a very important part in demonstrating a student’s level of knowledge and also shows implementations of learning for the purpose of employment there on, our 8th semester of B.Tech CSE has been completely allocated for a project by the student. There is a significant relevance of project as a part replacement of a few subjects of 7th & 8th semester of similar other B.Tech.(CSE) programs.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVE

The objective of Mechanical Engineering Department is to provide the students a high-quality engineering education and contribute new knowledge through research in mechanical engineering and allied disciplines. The Mechanical Engineering Department aims to produce:

  • Graduates having knowledge in Mathematics, Science and Engineering and capable enough to develop problem solving skills necessary for productive careers in Mechanical Engineering and other professions or pursue higher education.
  • Graduates of the Mechanical Engineering Program will acquire in depth knowledge in at least one area in Mechanical Engineering. Areas of specialization may include Applied Mechanics, Design, Energy Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Manufacturing and Robotics.
  • They can design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data, and effectively use modern technology in communication, research and problem solving.
  • Have the ability to formulate engineering problems and design a mechanical engineering system or component to meet desired needs.
  • Learn to work in team, develop leadership quality and communication skills to effectively solve engineering problems.
  • Graduates of Mechanical Engineering Department are exposed to issues dealing with people in relation to themselves, society and environment and understand the need for social, professional and ethical responsibility in engineering practice.
