Learning the French Way of Hospitality

The students of School of Tourism and Hotel Management are working in the Vatel Hotel within the campus and are getting the opportunity to serve the guests under close supervision of the experienced trainers. Apart from learning hospitality the French way, the students are getting to know the city of Nimes while traveling their way around. “The French language lessons learnt at the college back home are coming in handy” says the students, upon having a chat in French with some young tourists. Built in 1989, Vatel Nimes is the Group’s pilot School and its largest School in Europe. Its 150,000 sq. ft. campus houses the practical application structures, classrooms for theoretical courses, sporting equipment and the student residence. Today it is the home to 900 students, of which 45% are of international origin, with 45 different nationalities.
