Founded in 1859 as one of the first coeducation colleges in the United States, this is the largest independent Lutheran University in the United States. Valpo offers a thorough grounding in the liberal arts as well as professional training and graduate study, helping students find their own paths to lifelong personal, spiritual, and professional growth. College of Business (COB) of Valparaiso University, the Co-host of the conference is accredited by AACSB. ICBIK-2016 represents a broad theme which encompasses various sub-themes of contemporary interest. Innovation and management of Knowledge are two critical domains for successful Businesses. These two domains have proved to be indispensable components of a business seeking to achieve competitive advantage in knowledge economy and thereby contributing to sustainable development. Global business is continuously facing several challenges and is under continuous turmoil. Paper Guidelines are:
Title Page: Title of Paper, Name of Author (s), Organization affiliation, Contact details, Abstract(500 words) & Key words (4-5)
Full Paper: Title, Word Limit-5000 – 7,000 words, Format- A4 Size, MS Word, Font Type – Times New Roman, Font Size- Heading 14; Text 12, Line Spacing: Single, Margins-1.5 inch on all four sides

  • Tables and Figures: must have titles and be numbered, and should be incorporated into the text of paper as close to where they are first referred
  • References: Should be in APA Style

  • Proceedings of the conference will be published in the form of an edited book through a leading publisher
  • Few selected Papers may be published in bi-annual International Journal of Ansal University, Ansal University Business Review AUBR (ISSN: 2320 -0502 )

Ansal University extends assistance to accommodation in hotels in Gurgaon at the expense of participants.
